By clicking "I Accept," creating an account, or accessing any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Easy Algo X ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Easy Algo X platform, including all software tools, indicators, scanners, educational content, AI assistants, dashboards, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
Your acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition of access. By proceeding past the acceptance checkpoint, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using the Service; and (d) you have read and understood every provision of these Terms, including all disclaimers and liability limitations.
2.1 Not Financial Advice
The Service, including but not limited to the EAX-AI Scanner X, TradingView indicators, course materials, AI trading assistant ("Easy AI"), and all other tools and content provided through the platform, is offered solely for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes, and nothing should be construed as, financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice of any kind.
2.2 No Advisory Relationship
Easy Algo X is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary under any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, or any equivalent legislation in any other jurisdiction. No advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship of any kind is created between you and Easy Algo X by virtue of your use of the Service.
2.3 Algorithmic and Data-Driven Tools
All indicators, scanners, signals, alerts, and AI-generated outputs provided through the Service are produced by automated, algorithmic, and statistical systems. These outputs are based on historical price data, mathematical models, and probability calculations. They do not represent predictions, guarantees, or recommendations. Past performance of any algorithm, indicator, or strategy is not indicative of future results.
2.4 No Guarantee of Accuracy
All data, signals, outputs, and content provided through the Service are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Market conditions change rapidly and unpredictably. Any information displayed on the platform may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.
2.5 Consult a Professional
You are strongly advised to consult a qualified, licensed financial adviser, accountant, or legal professional before making any financial, investment, or trading decision. Easy Algo X expressly disclaims any responsibility for decisions made by users based on information obtained through the Service.
3.1 Inherent Risk of Trading
Trading financial instruments : including but not limited to stocks, options, futures, cryptocurrencies, forex, and derivatives : involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. Trading on margin or with leverage amplifies both potential gains and potential losses. You acknowledge that you fully understand these risks and that you are financially and emotionally capable of sustaining any losses that may result from your trading activities.
3.2 Sole Responsibility
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all trading decisions you make, regardless of whether those decisions were influenced, informed, or suggested by any content, tool, signal, or output from the Service. Easy Algo X bears no responsibility, liability, or obligation of any kind for the outcome of any trade, investment, or financial decision you make.
3.3 No Reliance
You agree not to rely on the Service as the sole or primary basis for any trading or investment decision. You acknowledge that the tools provided are supplementary aids and that independent judgment, research, and professional consultation are required before executing any trade.
3.4 Volatile Markets
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency and other financial markets are highly volatile and subject to rapid, unpredictable price movements, regulatory changes, technical failures, liquidity crises, and other events beyond the control of Easy Algo X. The Company makes no representation that the Service will perform adequately under all market conditions.
4.1 Subscription Plans
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription or a qualifying one-time payment. Available plans include Monthly ($99/month), Annual ($699/year), Lifetime ($849 one-time, subject to promotional pricing), and Lifetime + Rebate ($2,499 one-time). Pricing is subject to change at any time with or without notice, except that changes will not affect the current billing period of an existing active subscription.
4.2 Free Trial
Where a free trial period is offered, the trial begins on the date of account creation or plan activation and ends after the specified number of days. At the conclusion of the free trial, your selected subscription plan will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial period expires. You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you expressly authorize Easy Algo X and its payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. You will receive a reminder email prior to each renewal charge. Renewal charges are your responsibility regardless of whether the reminder email is received, opened, or acted upon.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
4.5 No Refunds : Absolute Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Easy Algo X does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the Service; failure to use the Service; technical difficulties; changes in personal financial circumstances; market losses; or any other reason whatsoever. This no-refund policy applies to all subscription plans, one-time payments, and lifetime access purchases. The only exception is where a refund is expressly required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, in which case the minimum legally required refund will be provided.
4.6 Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting Easy Algo X support and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter, your account will be immediately and permanently terminated. Easy Algo X reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including collection of the disputed amount plus any associated fees, costs, and damages.
4.7 Delinquent Accounts
If any payment fails or is declined, Easy Algo X may immediately suspend your access to the Service. Continued failure to pay may result in permanent account termination. You remain liable for all outstanding amounts.
4.8 Price Changes
Easy Algo X reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice and will take effect at the next renewal date.
5.1 Ownership
All content, software, algorithms, indicators, scanners, AI models, course materials, videos, graphics, trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property made available through the Service ("Proprietary Content") are the exclusive property of Easy Algo X or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership interest in any Proprietary Content is transferred to you by virtue of your subscription or use of the Service.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Easy Algo X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use during the term of your subscription.
5.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any Proprietary Content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Service; (c) share your account credentials or allow any third party to access the Service using your account; (d) resell, sublicense, or commercialize any aspect of the Service; (e) create derivative works based on the Proprietary Content; or (f) use the Service for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Easy Algo X.
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASY ALGO X EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (C) ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA, SIGNAL, INDICATOR OUTPUT, OR OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE; AND (D) ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
EASY ALGO X DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY TRADING STRATEGY, INDICATOR, SIGNAL, OR TOOL PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE PROFITABLE OR WILL NOT RESULT IN LOSS.
8.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EASY ALGO X, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS; LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL; TRADING LOSSES; INVESTMENT LOSSES; LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY; OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
8.2 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASY ALGO X'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EASY ALGO X IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
8.3 EASY ALGO X SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INVESTMENT LOSSES, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES OF ANY KIND INCURRED BY YOU AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, ANY INDICATOR, SIGNAL, SCANNER OUTPUT, AI RECOMMENDATION, COURSE CONTENT, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR TOOL PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. ALL TRADING RISK IS ASSUMED ENTIRELY BY YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Algo X and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your trading activities or investment decisions; or (e) any content you submit or transmit through the Service.
Easy Algo X reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or non-payment. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ceases and you must discontinue all use.
Easy Algo X reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability. Easy Algo X also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact Easy Algo X support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.
12.3 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
12.4 Waiver of Jury Trial
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easy Algo X regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.3 No Waiver
The failure of Easy Algo X to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
13.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Easy Algo X. Easy Algo X may freely assign these Terms.
